The Kuna varsity volleyball team honored the team’s seniors during their last home match Oct. 10. It was an emotional night for the six senior ladies: Madeline Tolbert, Kaitlynn Vincent, Kylie Cox, Erika Cross, Rachel Bisping and Elizabeth Garcia as they were introduced with their parents and family members in front of a large Kuna crowd. The ladies had a great match and beat Nampa in four sets. Also that night the team wore pink jerseys for breast cancer awareness. This fall sports season Kuna High School had three other teams support breast cancer awareness through “the power of pink,” as well, including varsity boys and varsity girls soccer, and varsity football.
