Amanda Grover, senior at Melba High School, has been selected as a Wendy’s Heisman School Winner and State level finalist.
Only 20 students statewide are selected as state finalists.
According to the organization, the leadership award-honorees are well-rounded young men and woman who excel in learning, performing, and leading in the class room, on the field and in the community.
Every year, the Wendy’s High School Heisman Program and The Heisman Memorial Trophy team up to recognize our nation’s most esteemed high school Seniors.
Like the Heisman Memorial Trophy, the Wendy’s program believes in the pursuit of athletic and academic excellence with integrity.
State Finalists will be eligible for the State Winner award, which will be announced Nov. 5.
State Winners are eligible for National Finalist and Winner awards.
