Jayden was born in Boise, Idaho on June 24, 2001 and lived in Kuna until his death on November 22, 2012. A Celebration of Jayden’s Life will be held at 6:00 PM, Saturday, December 22, 2012 at the 4th Street Gym, 571 W 4th St, Kuna, Idaho.

Jayden loved school, attending Kuna public schools. He loved to play baseball on his Little League team, ride bikes, swim in ponds and jump on the trampoline. Music was a passion of Jayden’s from an early age. He loved to play the drums, keyboards and many other instruments, often figuring out for himself how to play songs. He was also devoted to his pet turtles and dogs.

During Jayden’s fight against cancer, he was cared for by the doctors, nurses and staff at St. Luke’s Hospital and MSTI’s Pediatric Unit. He enjoyed weeks of summer camp thanks to Camp Rainbow Gold. Many people shaved their heads in support of St. Baldrick’s Boise because of Jayden. He also appeared in a video for Trevor’s Trek. Jayden’s family would like to extend their gratitude to these organizations. They would also like to thank the community of Kuna for its support during this journey.

Jayden leaves behind an extended family: Mother, Boni Kessinger Bennett of Kuna; Father, Dennis “Levi” Bennett of Spokane, WA; siblings, Andrew Christiansen and Rhiannon Bennett of Kuna; Grandmothers, Liz Kessinger of Kuna and Lisa Bennett of Spokane, WA; Grandfather, Dennis Bennett of Spokane, WA; Uncle Steve and Aunt Melissu Kessinger; Aunt Karen Kessisnger and Uncle Tyler Rhead; Aunt Melissa; Uncle Jim Cox and Aunt Angie Parker, as well as many cousins.
