Gary Eugene Wills

Gary Eugene Wills “Bud”, 60, of Nampa passed away and returned to his Heavenly Father on March 8, 2013. He passed away peacefully with his wife, Irene Wills, and children by his side at St. Luke’s Hospital in Meridian, ID.  Gary was born in Gooding, ID on August 18, 1952 to Ralph Aldine and Iva Marie Hurn Wills. He was the sixth of seven children. On Oct 10, 1971 Gary married and started an amazing life journey with his best friend and the love of his life, Irene Combs. Gary worked, and committed whole heartedly, 37 years of his life to Amalgamated Sugar Company in Nampa, ID.  He started working there as a teenager and continued to provide for his family, through the factory, until his retirement at the age of 55. Shortly after starting his employment at the Sugar Factory Gary served three years in the US Army, and always had a tremendous love for his country and fellow man. Gary is survived by his wife Irene Wills, son Jeffrey Eugene Wills, daughters Terra Michele Donelson (Ryan), Tiffany Ann Brodin (David), granddaughter Aimee Morgan Brodin, mother Iva Marie Snyder, siblings: Janice Edmunds (Jim), Richard Wills (Connie), Sharon Dines (Jim), Kay Miller (Jack), Don Wills (Lucy), two aunts and several nieces and nephews. Gary was preceded in death by his grandchild Jessie Taylor Brodin, father Ralph Wills, sister Beverly James, nephew Brian Stressler, grandparents Floyd and Sylvia Wills and George and Lydia Hurn, several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 16, 2013 at the Kuna Idaho LDS Stake Center at the corner of Black Cat and Kuna Roads. A viewing will be held at the church from 9:00 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the services. Graveside services will be held at Kohlerlawn Cemetery, Nampa following the services. Arrangements are being provided by Zeyer Funeral Chapel, Nampa. 467-7300.The family would like to thank the paramedics and St. Luke’s staff that so kindly took care of Gary in his last days. The family has asked that donations be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in lieu
of flowers.
