A Kuna woman, Courtney Sue Reschke, 35, plead guilty Thursday, April 18, to six felony counts of lewd conduct with a minor. All counts she has plead guilty to involved one 15-year-old boy. In return for pleading guilty, prosecutors dismissed six other lewd conduct counts and two counts of sexual abuse of a child under the age
Reschke was arrested on Friday, November 30, 2012 for incidents at the time were alleged to include involvement with at least two teenage boys. She was also alleged to have supplied acquaintances of her adolescent child with alcohol.
“We have information about several incidents that occurred over the last several weeks,” said Ada County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Andrea Dearden last December, noting police had identified additional victims.
Reschke entered Alford pleas to seven counts of giving alcohol to minors. With Alford pleas, the defendant does not admit guilt but acknowledges prosecutors have enough evidence to gain a conviction.
After she was arrested Reschke’s children were removed from the home and placed in protective custody.
Sentencing is set for June 20.
