Nathan Callow, an 18-year-old man from Caldwell was arrested and charged with lewd conduct after having sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl in Kuna.
Parents of the girl called police at 2 a.m. after failed attempts to find her after discovering she was not sleeping over at a friend’s house like she had told them. The parents located the girl at an Atherton Avenue home where a house party was happening. Police determined that Callow had given the girl alcohol and had sexual relations with her.
Police found two other girls under the age of 16 and four males between the ages of 17 and 19 years. According to police many of them had been drinking alcohol.
In addition to lewd conduct, a felony, Callow has been charged with misdemeanor counts of providing alcohol to a minor and being in possession of alcohol.
The crime of lewd conduct is punishable by up to life in prison.
According to the Ada County Sheriff’s Office, the case is still under investigation and other charges are possible against at least one of the older teenagers at the party.
