H. Kirk Marzolf formerly of Kuna, ID went to be with his Heavenly Father in the early morning hours of August 7, 2013. He was born in Minot, N.D. on March 29, 1951 to Wilmar and Joann Marzolf, the first of four boys.
He was raised in Beach, N.D. until his family moved to Elma, WA. He graduated from Elma H.S. in 1969. He earned two degrees from Washington State University. After college, he moved to Idaho to pursue a job where he met his wife and started a family. He later owned and operated the Triple F in Kuna. He enjoyed the outdoors with a special place in his heart for fishing, hunting, and camping. He particularly liked working with horses. He loved all things Western. The prairie always held his heart. He was able to fulfill a dream of owning a Montana ranch, which continued to be a source of happiness for him to the end.
He is survived by his wife Nancy, daughter Harmony Jantz (Justin), sons Kaleb, and Cody, granddaughter Adelaide, mother Joann, brothers Karter, Ward, and Greg as well as many loving nieces, nephews and other family members. He was preceded in death by his father and infant son Shane.
The funeral service will be held at Huntley Project H.S. in Worden, MT on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Worden Open Bible Church, 1460 Railroad Rd., Worden, MT 59088.
