Letter to the Editor

Dear Editor,

My husband and I are newly transplants to Kuna, we visited our son here several times and were impressed and liked what we seen.

I see so much potential for the little Main Street. Kudos to Grandpa’s Attic for the new face-lift they gave to their store. Arlene’s business front is very attractive, so fitting. There seems to be much history in the buildings like the old mercantile now El Gallo Giro. I hope Kuna realizes the potential they have here. I have seen many small towns reshape their downtown. Looking forward to seeing the water tower get new paint job. Keep it up Kuna!

Dear Editor,

I believe that there is not enough to eat at school lunches. Students pay money for school lunches and are then still left hungry after school. School lunches do not offer enough selection or quality.

I also believe that the school should sponsor more sports teams such as men’s volleyball, baseball and women’s softball. I think that if students are given the option to do their sports, they will jump on the opportunity.
