I live on Firebrick Drive, and would like to give a huge shout out and a big “Thank You” to the person or person(s) who shoveled my entire driveway and sidewalk sometime this morning (Wednesday, 1-8-14).
I had to leave to take my parents grocery shopping, and when I returned home, the snow was all cleared! My parents driveway and walkway had also been cleared so they could get their mail and newspaper without fear of falling.
Thank You for your kind and thoughtful gesture. It does not go unnoticed, and is very much appreciated.

Someone gets a hug from me. I asked for the across and down clues to be in the same vicinity rather than way up at the top and way down on the bottom of the page necessitating havIng the whole page spread out in front of a person. With them in the same corner you can fold the paper in half and work in a much more compact a space. You did it, thank you!

Many thanks for including all of the crossword puzzle on the bottom half of the page. It is so much easier to work. I have been missing Looking Back at the past in the Kuna Melba News.

Anita and Mary,
We appreciate you noticing that we redesigned the crossword page. We have had several requests to make it easier for readers to fold the page while doing the puzzle. Our graphic designer and page layout guru Maria Kosanke reworked the page. If you have any more suggestions we’d love to hear about them. We’ll be bringing back the Looking Back column soon after a trip to the historical archives. For any readers who wish to give us input on the paper you can visit www.surveymonkey.com/s/CBGQL2N to take a short survey.
