Kuna Senior Living

Do you have spare time on Saturday evening and would like to get out around other people? Our Saturday night BINGO MANAGER is looking for another person to train to be a VOLUNTEER BINGO CALLER to work one Saturday evening every 4 or 5 weeks. On the night a volunteer calls bingo, he/she receives a certificate for a $10 bingo packet to play on another Saturday evening. If interested, you can call the Senior Center at (208) 922-9714 OR SEE CORY ON SATURDAY EVENING AT THE CENTER.
The bingo crowd has really grown over the past couple of years. This past Saturday we had a record number of players – 58 PEOPLE!!!!!
The more players there are, the higher the pay outs are. This past Saturday the regular games paid out $30!!!
The DOORS OPEN AT 5:00 PM EVERY SATURDAY, EARLY BIRD BINGO BEGINS AT 6:00 PM, REGULAR GAMES BEGIN AT 6:30 PM. The packets run from $10 to $20 depending on what you pick out. The sale of packets ends as soon as the regular games start. If you bring canned food to donate to the Kuna Food Bank (they have someone pick up the donated items on Monday morning), you will receive a “free” bingo sheet for the intermission game. The maximum number of free sheets is 6 in exchange for 6 cans donated.
There is a FREE potluck during intermission for EVERYONE, whether or not you bring something to share. There is pop and bottled water for $.50 and bingo dabbers are also for sale. There is always decaf coffee with a donation cup set out to help offset the cost of the coffee.
TAXES (by AARP) and PROPERTY TAX REDUCTION (circuit breaker) will be at the KUNA SENIOR CENTER on MARCH 10TH, MARCH 24TH with the last day being APRIL 7TH. There is no fee for this service and appointments can not be made. First come first served basis! HOURS: 9:30 – 12:30.
